      Hi,

      You may claim warranty at Fossil boutique or Fossil authorized dealer's shop.

      If watch delivered got defect or spoilt, normally we will request you to return it to us.
      Either exchange or refund will be provided depends on stock availability.

      Hi,

      For 2 years international warranty, you may claim warranty at Fossil service center of other country.

      For limited warranty, it means the warranty is under certain condition.
      Most of the warranty are limited warranty, Fossil watches also under limited warranty.

      For all Fossil watches, they come with 2 years international warranty, which is also limited warranty.
